Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Nubienne does not offer refunds although is happy to exchange for the same item or an item of same value. All requests for item returns must be made to Nubienne The Label in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods to: PO Box 706, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. admin@nubiennethelabel.com Exchangeable or returnable goods must be approved for return with a Returns Authority (RA) number. All returned/exchanged goods must be in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and all tags attached. The goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned. You will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. This includes any customs related costs for our international customers. Exceptions will be granted if Nubienne The Label is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. Nubienne The Label will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item. Return forms will be emailed with a RA number once a request has been made.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will let you know whether a change can be made before dispatch.

Made to order items are delivered 12-14 days from receipt of payment for all orders within Australia.

Whilst we do our best to ensure all garments and orders that we send to our customers are in excellent condition, in the event that you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@nubiennethelabel.com We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item, however if we are unable to do so, we will provide a full refund.
